Job summary

Blend360 is seeking a Client Partner to drive the next phase of strategic growth across a portfolio of high-value clients. This senior leader will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Blend360’s AI capabilities with clients’ long-term business objectives and guiding executives and internal teams toward sustainable outcomes.

You will own the account strategy, growth execution, and P&L; identify opportunities, write proposals and SOWs; negotiate pricing; and manage the pipeline to ensure client

Qualifications

• 10+ years in client management or business development in data-driven marketing, analytics or data services.
• Fluency in AI strategy and digital transformation; advising executives on AI adoption or data modernization.
• Experience across manufacturing environments is a plus; client-side experience is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the account strategy, growth execution, and overarching P&L.
• Identify new business opportunities; write proposals and Statements of Work (SOW).
• Negotiate pricing to maximize client value.
• Manage pipeline with leads, opportunities, notes and activities.
• Ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Blend360 leaders to align offerings for each client engagement.
• Serve as strategic AI and transformation advisor to client stakeholders.
• Partner with internal practice leaders to orchestrate cohesive client engagements.
