Job summary
Blend360 is seeking a highly accomplished Director, AI & Generative Solutions to lead our GenAI initiatives across enterprise clients in the United States. You will shape strategy, design architectures, and oversee end-to-end delivery of advanced AI projects while engaging executive stakeholders.
You will mentor teams of data scientists and engineers, drive technical scoping and pre-sales, and translate complex AI concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or similar roles.
- Deep and practical technical expertise in GenAI technologies including LLMs and agentic AI systems.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms and MLOps practices for scaling models.
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value for senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in technical presales and solution architecture for proposals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and architecture of GenAI solutions for enterprise clients.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to national and international clients.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across project lifecycles from PoC to production.
- Drive thought leadership, R&D, and IP development in GenAI.
- Support pre-sales with technical scoping and solution architecture.
