Job summary

Blend360 is recruiting a Director, AI & Generative Solutions to guide complex GenAI engagements for mid-market to enterprise clients. You will architect, design, and deliver advanced GenAI solutions, while balancing business value and technical excellence.

The role blends strategic advisory, hands-on leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across data science, ML engineering, and client teams. You will shape AI strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market activities, while mentoring practitioners

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in technical consulting or solution architecture with GenAI focus.
• Deep GenAI expertise including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and libraries; experience with production-grade AI apps.
• Engagement with clients at all levels and ability to convey business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of cutting-edge AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to national and international clients.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership from POC to production deployment.
• Drive thought leadership in GenAI, LLMS, and agentic AI.
• Support presales with technical scoping and solution architectures.
• Develop AI strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Lead technical workstreams and collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Contribute to GTM and evolution of Blend360's AI offerings.
