Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Customer Account Coordinator in Circleville, OH. This onsite role serves as the main liaison between customers, internal teams, and the sales organization, handling the order process from start to finish with accuracy.

You will manage item setup, light accounting tasks, and cross-functional coordination, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced plant setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel and data entry.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Kiwi, Kiwi FFF, PCS).
• Background in corrugated packaging or paper manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, ensuring accurate order entry and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to manage customer needs.
• Own New Item Requests, data entry, and updates with high accuracy and speed.
• Track order information and support light billing and payment tracking.
• Monitor customer inventory levels and shipment status using Excel or internal tools.
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Balance multiple urgent tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Use Microsoft Office tools daily to manage information and workflows.
• Build relationships across departments and with customers.
