Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Customer Account Coordinator in Circleville, OH to serve as the main liaison between customers, internal teams, and the sales organization. You will own the order process from start to finish with precision and urgency, including item setup and light accounting tasks, in a fully onsite Circleville plant environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or operational experience in a fast-paced environment such as corrugated manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Experience with order entry and item setup processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data entry tasks.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Kiwi or PCS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order entry and issue resolution.
• Coordinate daily with sales, scheduling, shipping, design, and production teams to manage customer needs from start to finish.
• Own and manage New Item Requests and data updates with high accuracy.
• Track and reconcile order-related information and support light billing and payment tracking functions.
• Monitor customer inventory and shipment status using Excel or internal tools.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders and customers to provide timely updates.
