Job summary

iNRCORE Group is seeking an Accounting Manager in Bristol, PA. This hybrid role supports site-level accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ERP management, reporting to the Controller/Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in GL and financial reporting, strong Excel and ERP skills, and solid US GAAP/SOX/IFRS knowledge, with experience in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in general ledger and financial reporting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage site-level accounting, financial reporting and cost analysis.
• Oversee month-end close, budgeting and compliance in ERP system.
• Lead year-end closing, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Maintain fixed asset records and cost accounting.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax preparers.
• Ensure GAAP/SOX compliance and internal procedures.
