We currently have an opening for an Accounting Manager in our iNRCORE facility, located in Bristol, PA . This position is critical to the success of iNRCORE Group’s financial operations and will be supporting site-level accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ERP system management, reporting directly to the Controller or Director of Finance.
The ideal candidate for this position should be a seasoned accounting professional with strong experience in general ledger management, financial reporting, and cost accounting. They should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, possess a solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS, and demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in a manufacturing environment—especially in high-reliability electronics—is highly preferred.
Details of the Role: The position of Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all core accounting functions including month-end close, financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance. You will manage site-level financial operations, support business decision-making, and ensure accurate reporting aligned with corporate standards. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining ERP systems and supporting IT infrastructure coordination.
