iNRCORE Group is seeking an Accounting Manager for our Bristol, PA facility. This role supports site-level accounting, financial reporting, cost analysis, and ERP system management, reporting to the Controller or Director of Finance.

The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge, SOX, IFRS understanding, and manufacturing experience. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is essential, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of general ledger and financial reporting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, and IFRS.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high numerical accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site-level financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Lead monthly forecasts and annual budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial performance against budget and prior year.
• Management of AR/AP, cash receipts, vendor payments, and bank accounts.
• Maintain cost accounting and standard cost in the ERP system.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure coordination with external providers.
