Job summary

Ecore is seeking a Corporate Controller to strengthen our financial foundation and scale our growth. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive the close process, ensure GAAP compliance, and lead a scalable accounting organization in a manufacturing environment.

You will oversee manufacturing accounting, intercompany activity, and external audits while partnering with executives to improve performance and drive strategic decisions. Hybrid work in PA is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
• Manufacturing accounting experience including inventory, standard costing, variances, and fixed assets.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and close processes.
• Experience leading external audits and strengthening internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee general ledger, balance sheet, and financial statements; manage reconciliations, accruals, reserves, and estimates.
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and compliance; document approvals and segregation of duties.
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, manufacturing variances, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to improve visibility and drive business decisions.
