Zippertubing Company is seeking an Account Manager in Chandler, AZ to oversee B2B sales and order management within a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate complex customer orders, collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Sales teams, and ensure orders are accurate before production.

The role emphasizes customer relationships with operational excellence in a fast-paced setting. Strong organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered.
• 4+ years in Manufacturing Sales, Account Management, Customer Operations, or related roles.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems in a professional setting; strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and detail orientation.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy; proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and in person.
• Prepare, review, and process customer quotes and sales orders; verify pricing, quantities, specs, and shipping requirements.
• Manage order revisions, cancellations, returns (RMA), and customer requests; coordinate payment processing and documentation.
• Partner with Engineering, Technical Sales, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Purchasing to translate requirements into manufacturable solutions; communicate changes across departments.
