Qualifications

• Manufactured housing experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent negotiation and scheduling abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of produced homes.
• Access AS400 to match homes with production schedule.
• Create and maintain shipping schedules.
• Invoice homes and manage driver payments.
• Coordinate independent transport capacity for all homes.
• Maintain yard inventory and enforce zero yard policy.
• Communicate with retailers about deliveries.
• Troubleshoot transportation issues as needed.
