Job summary

Clayton is a leading home builder in Indiana, focusing on attainable housing and a world-class customer experience. This role reports to the Brand Experience (Sales) Manager and centers on coordinating, scheduling, and directing home deliveries with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

You will work with independent transport partners, production teams, and field staff to ensure timely deliveries, accurate invoicing, and proactive communication across departments.

Qualifications

• Previous Manufactured Housing experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, AS400.
• Experience in transportation and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate delivery of homes from Clayton Wakarusa plants 995 and 996.
• Access AS400 to identify production schedule and coordinate delivery within 3 days of offline date.
• Maintain current transportation quotes and shipping schedules; distribute to organization.
