Job summary

Clayton Manufacturing in Indiana seeks a detail-focused Logistics Coordinator to coordinate, schedule and direct home deliveries from the Wakarusa plants. You’ll work with transportation managers, production, sales, and A/R teams to ensure timely shipments and accurate invoicing.

Proficiency in AS400 and Microsoft Office is required. Previous manufactured housing experience is preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role with strong benefits and growth opportunities within Clayton.

Qualifications

• Direct coordination of home deliveries with multiple internal teams and external drivers.
• Proficient with AS400 and Microsoft Office applications for schedules and invoicing.
• Experience in transportation, dispatch, and yard inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the prompt and efficient delivery of homes from Clayton Wakarusa plants.
• Maintain shipping schedules and update organization with changes.
• Coordinate independent transportation capacity and driver packets.
• Review transportation costs and generate accurate invoices.
