Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a Corporate Building Shared Area located in Manhattan. The Shift Supervisor will supervise security officers on a single shift and act as a liaison between site leadership and account management to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires 18+ years, a high school diploma or equivalent (or 5 years verifiable experience), strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Must read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
