Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a Commercial Building in the Eastchester Heights area of the Bronx. The role ensures safety and high-quality service on a daily basis for a dynamic client environment.

You will supervise security staff across multiple shifts, interact with clients and the public, and coordinate with Account/Field Operations Managers to maintain standards. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs clearly.
• Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening; driving duties may require a valid license and clean record.
• Intermediate computer skills for client-site technologies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle crisis situations calmly and professionally.
