Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification.
• Food Safety Certification.
• 1-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Basic MS Word and MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains Team Members in performance of duties.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed.
• Assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency.
• Inspects kitchen and dining areas and equipment for sanitary standards.
• Keeps records of meals served and hours worked.
• Requisitions and inspects foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment.
• Prepares work schedules and evaluates performance.
• Delivers coaching and counseling to team members.
• Directs preparation of foods and beverages.
• Greets guests and resolves complaints.
• Performs other related duties as required.
