Collectors Holdings, Inc. is expanding its Manga Operations in Plano, TX. We seek a supervisor to lead a cross-functional team responsible for Receiving, Research, Encapsulation, Quality Control, or Shipping, driving efficiency and quality across the department.

You will report to the Operations Manager and help develop metrics, train staff, and maintain safety and security of valuable merchandise. A hands-on leader who communicates clearly will thrive in this role.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience supervising an operations team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop processes and training hourly staff.
• Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and delegate effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, train, and motivate an Operations team across Receiving, Research, Encapsulation, QC, or Shipping.
• Own daily production metrics and ensure department standards.
• Identify new operational metrics and implement improvements.
• Develop staff skills and maintain a positive work environment.
• Establish effective communication channels within the department.
• Maintain a safe work environment and handle incidents.
• Safely handle and account for valuable merchandise.
