Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in WMS and HighJump systems.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of MS Excel/Word and email systems.
• Leadership competencies in expectation-setting, performance management, accountability, recognition, and communication.
• Ability to stand for short durations.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs.
• Ability to work in varied weather conditions (heat, cold, humidity).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays based on customer demand.
• Ability to lift, push, kneel, carry, and reach with arms and hands.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Monitor performance, provide training and mentorship, and motivate employees while ensuring proper task delegation.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance metrics, including quality, cost, delivery, and productivity, and report findings to upper management for informed decision-making.
• Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with multiple departments to optimize operational efficiency and workload distribution.
• Payroll Administration: Review and verify employee payroll, manage overtime hours, vacation requests, and attendance adjustments before submitting for final approval.
• Facility Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas in alignment with Operation Clean Sweep standards.
• Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality policies and procedures to minimize customer complaints and uphold product standards.
• Safety & Compliance: Oversee employee adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and documentation; coordinate with EHS teams to maintain a secure workplace.
