Collectors in Plano, TX is seeking a Manga division Operations Supervisor to lead and develop an operations team across Receiving, Research, Encapsulation, QC, or Shipping. You will own daily metrics, drive process improvements, and coach staff to meet high standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, team engagement, and effective communication, with collaboration across departments to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising an operations team.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation abilities.
• Experience developing processes and training hourly associates.
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and delegate effectively.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train an operations team across Receiving, Research, Encapsulation, QC, or Shipping.
• Own daily production metrics for the department.
• Evaluate team output against company standards.
• Identify and develop new operational metrics as needed.
• Resolve issues and implement improvements to reduce errors.
