Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English for customer interactions.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum 3 years of retail sales management experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong commitment to customer service and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Assist in leading daily store operations and sales performance.
• Train, coach, and develop store associates; foster a positive team environment.
