In this role, you can expect to:

• Assist in leading daily retail store operations and sales performance.
• Train, coach, and develop store associates while fostering a positive team environment.

• Help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium brand experience.

• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English to effectively assist and communicate with customers.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of retail sales management.
