ZWILLING is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our Woodbury Common Factory Store leadership team in Central Valley, NY. You will help lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of retail management, a passion for cooking and customer service, and the flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A culinary passion!
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years of retail sales management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong commitment to customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional attitude with flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35+ pounds and comfortable using ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Train, coach, and develop store associates while fostering a positive team environment.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts.
• Help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium brand experience.
• Execute product demonstrations, in-store events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor operational compliance, asset protection, and company policies.
• Support achievement of sales, profitability, and store performance goals
