ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC in Central Valley, NY is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager (Mandarin) to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Mandarin and English), with retail leadership experience, and can coach a team, coordinate scheduling, and oversee product demonstrations and in-store events while upholding our premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 3 years of retail sales management.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily retail store operations and sales performance.
• Train, coach, and develop store associates while fostering a positive team environment.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts.
• Help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure premium brand experience.
• Execute product demonstrations, in-store events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor operational compliance, asset protection, and company policies.
• Support achievement of sales, profitability, and store performance goals
