ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager for Woodbury Common Factory Store in Central Valley, NY. The role supports the Store Manager in leading daily store operations and driving sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of retail sales management, a customer-focused leadership style, and strong interpersonal skills. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays and a ability to lift 35+

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales management experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong customer service commitment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 35+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations and sales performance.
• Train, coach, and develop store associates.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandising, and store administration.
• Deliver premium customer service and in-store experiences.
• Execute product demonstrations, events, and local marketing initiatives.
• Monitor compliance, asset protection, and company policies.
• Support achieving sales, profitability, and store performance goals.
