Job summary

Grane Rx is seeking a Pharmacy Services Liaison for the Mandarin-speaking PACE program in California. The role supports PACE customers, handles inquiries, resolves issues, and coordinates with center staff, nursing teams, and Grane Rx departments.

Qualifications

California licensed pharmacy technician preferred.
Mandarin language skills preferred.
Experience in long-term care or PACE pharmacy helpful.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work onsite with hybrid/home office setup.

Responsibilities

Attend PACE center on-site regularly; coordinate with Grane Rx leadership.
Assist with PACE center initiatives and questions.
Serve as first point of contact for staff concerns; escalate quality issues to Grane Rx team.
Provide daily pharmacy support: troubleshooting and resolve quality-related issues.
Coordinate with White Glove Delivery management and couriers for daily deliveries.
Train center staff and refresh pharmacy protocols; solicit feedback to improve processes.
Process refill and tracking requests from clinic staff and participants.
Communicate with outside providers to support continuity of care.
