Qualifications

• Familiarity or prior experience with office setting.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Must be articulate with good interpersonal skills.
• Must have knowledge of computer keyboard and able to type a minimum of 20 words per minute.
• Must be able to accurately enter data.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, family or related individuals with excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Schedule appointments, including virtual visits, following scheduling policies.
• Monitor the daily schedule and handle inquiries about pre-authorizations.
