Job summary

Sysco Connecticut, LLC is seeking an outside sales professional to promote our products and services across the US-NY-Long Island territory, building relationships with new and existing accounts while pursuing sales and profit goals set by the company. Qualifications

• Required Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts or related discipline OR HSD/GED and 3 years Restaurant Management, B2B or outside sales experience, or equivalent relatable experience including completion of the Sysco Sales Internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and penetrate accounts within the territory.
• Seek and qualify prospects following company goals.
• Research customer needs and develop product/service mixes to meet them.
• Drive personal vehicle to customer accounts and events.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with transportation and credit departments.
