Responsabilidades

• Handle and support Sales Executives’ requests while resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations.
• Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations.
• Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution.
• Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers.
• Create a positive, customer-friendly experience through effective communication.
• Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs.
