Job summary

NeoVolta Power LLC is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support equipment installation and commissioning with external vendors. The role will become a key in-house member responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, uptime optimization, and continuous improvement of automated equipment in a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

Mandarin fluency required; English basic communication skills.
Strong hands-on maintenance experience across electrical/mechanical systems.
Ability to follow safety standards and 5S practices.

Responsibilities

Assist installation teams with line assembly, wiring, startup, and commissioning.
Perform daily inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and rapid issue resolution to minimize downtime.
Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly PM plans and maintain maintenance logs.
Follow OSHA/NFPA 70E, LOTO and site safety procedures; maintain organized work areas per 5S.
Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, EHS, and vendors for equipment readiness and issue resolution.
