You will perform sales activities, conduct outbound calls, and aim to grow market share while ensuring customer satisfaction and handling collection activities. The role may require working non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customers' needs.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires a high school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to perform sales and customer service activities with minimal travel.

Aufgaben

• Performs sales activities for assigned customer base and provides customer support from local OpCo facility.
• Conducts outbound calls to external customer base.
• Penetrates and grows market share of assigned accounts.
• Increases customer retention.
• Sells major product categories by phone and other media to meet sales objectives.
• Maintains pricing, product information, and lead lists to support sales activities.
