Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX seeks a Managing Partner to own and operate a high-growth gym. This role emphasizes leadership, team development, and outstanding member experiences in a fast-paced franchise environment.

You will build teams, drive performance, manage payroll and scheduling, and ensure brand standards across daily operations. Strong P&L and budgeting skills are essential for profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience required
• Demonstrated experience owning and managing a location or department profit & loss (P&L), including budgeting, expense control, and driving revenue to achieve or exceed financial targets
• Experience with supervising a team of at least 15 employees required
• Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management required
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
• Ability to invest financially in opportunity

Responsibilities

• Build and develop high-performing teams through proactive recruiting, hiring, and coaching
• Oversee day-to-day operations, set clear expectations, oversee training standards, and drive performance to meet business objectives
• Focus on member retention and experience; ensure timely resolutions and a clean, fully operational facility
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance—ensuring the club runs smoothly and profitably
