Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Texas seeks a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly accelerate into the Crunch culture with a high-performance mindset. Lead a club to profitability, energize the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and deliver exceptional member experiences.

You will oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, KPI tracking, and payroll while maintaining a clean, safe facility and ensuring compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Knowledge of inventory control and labor management.

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed KPI standards
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
• Member-focused in delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring adequate staffing
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance
