Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Managing Partner in Training to rapidly adapt to our high-performance culture and drive club profitability through energizing the team and delivering exceptional member experiences.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and KPI tracking, while managing payroll, scheduling, and compliance to uphold the highest standards across the club. This is a demanding, growth-focused leadership opportunity in a fast-expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of fitness or service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 team members preferred.
• Experience with hiring, onboarding, promoting, and removal of team members required.
• Experience in Labor management and inventory control
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software
• Ability to invest financially in Managing Partner opportunity

Responsibilities

• Energize the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives
• Ensure member resolutions are done timely and focus on member retention
• Monitor and scoreboard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards
• Ability to recruit, hire and onboard amazing talent
• Coach and develop team members to drive sales performance
• Member-focused in delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean, crisp facility with all things working 24/7
• Monitor team member payroll and scheduling ensuring the club is adequately staffed at all time
• Ensure and monitor compliance and accuracy with all policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking
• Assist with conducting staff meetings and setting, monitoring, and managing team member performance
