Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking a Managing Partner who treats the gym as an owned venture. You’ll lead from the front, mentor leaders, and drive member experience with a coaching, results-driven mindset.

This full-time role requires at least 4 years in fitness facility management, P&L ownership, and a track record of growing a location. You’ll oversee operations, payroll, scheduling, and inventory to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience owning and managing a location or department P&L, including budgeting and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing teams through networking, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring managers and team members.
• Direct management of team, including setting weekly management schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to managers.
• Oversee and maintain training standards and coach and develop team members to drive sales performance.
• Consistent development and coaching of team members and managers, including training in employment policies and practices.
• Conduct staff meetings and set staff goals.
• Growing the business to profitability and energizing the team around daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
• Ensuring member resolutions are done timely as member retention is key.
• Monitor inventory in the club and ensure timely restocking.
