Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Managing Partner to lead a high-growth gym with an ownership mindset. You’ll build and coach a high-performing team, drive member experience, and manage operations to achieve profitability and brand standards.

This role emphasizes accountability, results, and community impact within a fast-moving fitness franchise. You’ll recruit, train, and develop leaders, oversee payroll and scheduling, and ensure a clean, compliant facility aligned with our

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of fitness facility or service-oriented management experience.
• Experience owning and managing a location or department P&L, including budgeting and driving revenue to targets.
• Experience supervising a team of at least 15 employees.
• Experience with business operations such as finance, administration, and labor management.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to take assertive action to accomplish objectives, innovate and solve problems.
• Knowledge of key metrics and drivers to grow business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite or similar software.
• Ability to invest financially in opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performing teams through recruiting, hiring, and coaching.
• Oversee daily club operations and training standards.
• Drive member retention and deliver exceptional member experiences.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
