Cultivate new business opportunities within the Northern Virginia area by connecting with local families and small business owners.
Guide clients through the selection process, ensuring they feel confident about their coverage choices.
Identify gaps in existing portfolios and offer smart, protective solutions that provide actual peace of mind.
Collaborate with our regional office to refine sales strategies and share insights that help us improve.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions to ensure high-quality follow-up.
Participate in weekly strategy sessions to help shape the direction of our regional expansion efforts.
Current Life and Health Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct sales or insurance brokerage.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead sales initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management.
Natural curiosity and a desire to learn complex insurance products.
