Job summary

The Atlantic District in Arlington, Virginia seeks a Managing Expansion Agent to grow our footprint while preserving personal client care. You’ll build authentic connections with local families and small businesses, mentor teams, and lead expansion initiatives from our Arlington office.

Responsibilities include cultivating opportunities, guiding coverage choices, and refining regional sales strategies. A life/health license and 3+ years in direct sales are required; strong English and MS Office

Qualifications

3+ years in direct sales or insurance brokerage.
Current life and health insurance license.
Strong written and spoken English.
Ability to mentor others and lead sales initiatives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital document management.

Responsibilities

Cultivate new business opportunities in Northern Virginia by connecting with local families and small businesses.
Guide clients through policy selection, ensuring confidence in coverage.
Identify gaps in portfolios and propose protection solutions.
Collaborate with regional office to refine sales strategies and share insights.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions for follow-up.
Attend weekly strategy sessions shaping regional expansion.
