WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven Managing Director for a strategic leadership role. You will build and lead a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing your own client work, recruiting, mentoring, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the firm’s long-term growth.

With the firm’s 175+ years of history, you’ll leverage brand strength and infrastructure to grow your practice and shape the future of WealthBridge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA licenses 6/7 and 63/66 preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
