Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This leader will build and lead a team of experienced advisors while continuing to serve high-value clients.

In addition to mentorship and growth of the practice, you’ll shape the firm’s future, leverage our 175+ years of history, and scale your leadership style with autonomy and support from a strong infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
