WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven Managing Director to lead a growing independent advisory team in Las Vegas. You will continue your client work while recruiting, mentoring, and shaping a high‑performance culture aligned with firm growth.

With a long history and strong brand, the role offers leadership autonomy and the chance to scale a personal practice within a collaborative environment, backed by firm infrastructure and sponsorship where needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA licenses (6/7 and 63/66) preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
