This PLAYER/COACH role combines active personal client practice with team leadership, focusing on mentoring advisors, expanding client portfolios, and delivering services to the highest WealthBridge standards.

You will recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing advisory network, while executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in financial services or wealth management with a personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
