Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group in Seattle is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead and grow our team of financial advisors while maintaining your own practice. This PLAYER/COACH role combines hands-on client work with strategic leadership to shape the firm's direction.

You will mentor advisors, expand client portfolios, and ensure service excellence in line with WealthBridge’s standards and values, leveraging our brand and resources to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in financial services or wealth management with a successful personal practice.
• Active Life and Health insurance license required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred; sponsorship available if not currently held.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a passion for mentoring advisors.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Business-oriented mindset with long-term strategic vision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
