About the Role
We are seeking two Managing Directors, Sales: one for the Growth Sales team and one for the New Sales team. You will lead and manage a dynamic sales team, drive revenue through new and existing customer initiatives, and optimize sales processes to expand our market footprint. We are looking for strategic thinkers with strong leadership skills and a customer-centric approach.

What You’ll Do

  1. Team Leadership & Development: Hire, manage, and motivate sales teams through coaching, performance reviews, and strategic support.
  2. Performance Evaluation & Reporting: Monitor and report sales performance metrics and pipeline health to senior leadership.
  3. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, adapting to market trends.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Engage with key clients, handle escalations, and negotiate significant deals.
  5. Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee hiring and onboarding processes for new sales team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years leading enterprise sales or account management, preferably in legal or financial services.
  • Coaching: Ability to motivate and coach sales representatives.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience with complex sales processes and strategic positioning.
  • Customer Focus: Understanding of legal or financial services user needs.
  • Strategic Initiative: Leadership in strategic initiatives, team mentorship, or peer coaching.

Pay Transparency

Base pay ranges from $153,600 to $230,400 USD, with potential for additional compensation such as commissions or equity. Specific total compensation details will be shared during the interview process.

Hiring Locations

Primarily in the United States (East Coast preferred), with some roles in APAC (Hong Kong) and EMEA (UK).
