WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor for a strategic Managing Director role. This position focuses on building and leading a team of experienced financial advisors while continuing personal client work.

You will recruit, mentor, and shape the growth trajectory of the practice within a firm boasting long-standing history and strong brand support. The ideal candidate has a track record of client development, leadership, and a long-term growth mindset, with licensure

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship and support available if not currently held)
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term vision for growth
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
