Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director, Industrial Products – Managed Services to lead strategy, growth, and delivery of our Managed Services for the Industrial Products sector, focusing on dealerships.

This executive role partners with senior leaders to shape scalable service offerings, drive recurring client delivery, and build long-term relationships that deliver measurable business value across the dealership ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Industrial Products, dealerships, managed services, consulting, or technology-enabled delivery.
• Experience leading implementation services, managed services organizations, or recurring client delivery models.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing engagement economics, scope, profitability, and client growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for Baker Tilly’s Managed Services offerings within the Industrial Products sector, focusing on dealerships.
• Build differentiated Managed Services offerings addressing operational, technology, and business needs of dealerships.
• Lead the strategy for implementation services with scalable methodologies, governance models, and best practices.
• Partner across Industry, Managed Services, Technology, Operations, AI Enablement, Offshore Delivery, and Growth teams.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for strategic client relationships and provide leadership throughout the client lifecycle.
• Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
• Establish scalable service delivery standards, KPIs, SLAs, and delivery profitability.
• Champion innovation by leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery.
• Mentor leaders and foster accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Represent Baker Tilly as a thought leader and build executive relationships in Industrial Products.
