This senior role partners with delivery, growth, transitions, operations, technology and offshore teams to create a single, accountable operating model and a differentiated service offering.

You will drive standards, governance, KPIs and value realization, advance scalability and margin, and build trusted relationships with executive clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in managed services, professional services, outsourcing or delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business; CPA/MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the Managed Services client experience strategy across onboarding, delivery, and expansion.
• Define standards for client communication, reporting and escalation management.
• Partner with delivery leadership to ensure clear roles, KPIs, SLAs and governance.
