• Proven ability to lead managed services and recurring client delivery; strong executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee strategic vision for Managed Services in Industrial Products, focusing on dealerships.
• Establish scalable service delivery models, governance, KPIs, SLAs and consistency across engagements.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies and drive growth through existing and new client relationships.
• Leverage automation, AI-enabled solutions and digital delivery to improve client outcomes.
• Mentor leaders and foster a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Represent Baker Tilly as a thought leader to shape the firm’s Industrial Products strategy.

Education
