Job summary

WTW in Seattle is seeking a Managing Director to shape health and benefits strategies for top clients. You will lead high-visibility engagements, build a robust pipeline, and deepen relationships with current and prospective clients.

Deliver executive-level health and welfare solutions, steer market expansion, and collaborate across teams to drive growth and innovation. This role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and regular travel.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years designing and managing large group health and welfare plans.
• Proven ability to grow revenue and manage complex client relationships.
• Executive presence with polished written and oral communication.
• Ability to influence senior management and collaborate across levels.
• Travel regularly; life/health license within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to large, complex clients in health and benefits.
• Penetrate local/regional market and win new Health & Benefits clients.
• Meet or exceed revenue and market penetration goals.
• Lead senior Health and Benefits strategy for clients’ needs.
• Raise awareness of capabilities through conferences and profiles.
• Develop new tools and approaches; collaborate with sales/consultants.
• Identify and develop future talent within the organization.
