Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field or equivalent
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; professional credentials such as CPA/CFA/CMA preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading FP&A builds, finance transformation, and value creation in PE-backed or growth environments

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to CFOs and senior executives, delivering high‑impact FP&A and finance transformation engagements.
• Lead complex client engagements across a broad suite of services including value creation and cash flow optimization.
• Oversee engagement execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and profitability across multiple projects.
• Help build and scale FP&A capabilities and standardize methodologies, tools and accelerators.
• Originate or expand client relationships, drive new revenue and contribute to growth.
