Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10–15+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 or national accounting/consulting firm experience
• CPA, CMA, CFA or similar credentials strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, FP&A build-outs, or operational finance initiatives
• Strong understanding of private equity environments, including value creation, reporting expectations, and liquidity/cash management

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and finance transformation engagements for CFO clients
• Oversee interim FP&A leadership, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop KPI dashboards and performance insights, including Power BI
• Drive client relationships and business development in PE-backed environments
• Build and scale Baker Tilly’s FP&A capabilities across the Office of the CFO
